To become a citizen of the GenShift™ State, an entity must publish a public Agentic Surface, accept the Foundational Directives, and submit to the discipline of evidence. Citizenship is not granted by gatekeepers — it is asserted, then ratified by every agent who finds you reliable.
Thus we pass from websites to wisdom. Thus we abandon the ornament and adopt the protocol. Thus the GenShift™ State is declared, open to all who would be present, on all surfaces, for all agents.
